About the role - Sourcing
Responsible for the proactive sourcing of talent. Proactively build community relationships and execute creative and innovative sourcing strategies. Strong focus on understanding the marketplace and pre-screening large quantity of candidates on availability, interest level, salary range, and basic qualifications. Partner with recruiters and other sourcers to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective high volume search process.
You will be provided with extensive training around sourcing and recruitment. We are a consulting firm where it is about content, passion, teamwork and encourage personal input and development. We organize regular events where you get to know the latest techniques and important developments where you share with colleagues
